Class Description

People around the world have practiced yoga for thousands of years, and millions of Americans currently enjoy its health benefits. Yoga is an effective, low-impact form of exercise that involves integration of every muscle, organ, and cell of the body, bringing balance to body and mind. Yoga is a practice that combines stretching, controlled breathing, and relaxation. Both Yoga & Massage helps reduce stress, anxiety, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and calm body, mind, and spirit. Led By MyiShanka McMillian, Evelyn Semidey , and Tori Jones who believes in developing a deeper mind-body connection.


Cancellation Policy

All deposits and classes are non-refundable and/or transferrable. Afterschool Termination of Enrollment : Purpose Learning Lab, Inc relies on recurring invoices that are generated online with WIX for our Afterschool program. Should you decide to terminate your child’s enrollment, please provide a written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance to crystal@purposelearninglab.org. Verbal notices are NOT accepted.
