Fill out The Track Out Registration Form
Step Two: Apply for a needs based scholarship by August 1, 2024. Please be advised that funding is limited and issued on a first come, first served basis.( Please submit your most recent tax return, attach your two most recent check stubs, proof of ID, SSN, Unemployment, 1040, disability documents, and explain current hardship in the comment sections.

All After School Scholarship Applications paired with annual income form & supporting documents are due by August 1, 2024. Registration is still required for all students who are waiting on scholarship notification letters.

Do I need to pack a lunch & snack for my child?
Yes, in a clear ziplock bag labeled with your child’s first and last name.
Will my child receive a Free T-Shirt?
Yes, for all first time campers a T-Shirt will be provided (if lost a link will be available to purchase a new one)
If my child is enrolled in afterschool are the registration forms due again?
No, the same forms are used for Track Out/Afterschool
Will my child need $ for the field trip?
Concession stand money is optional & must come sealed in a labeled ziplock bag
Can my son/daughter bring his/her cellphone, apple watch to camp?
Camp is better away from the screen. We have enough laptops/ipads to ensure that every kid can enjoy online planned programs.Please leave all electronics at home and/or in the child’s backpack. We are not responsible for lost items.
When is the payment due for Track Out Camp?
We are excited to announce that we have created a link to make registering for camp easier. Track out Camp is first come, first serve. A $25.00 Deposit is due now and the remainder will be due the Friday prior to camp that's right

Track Out and Intersession Camp is offered in weekly sessions. Most weeks are five days and some are shorter if there are holidays, early release days, and/or teacher workdays.We do not offer discounts for shorter weeks, missed days, vacations, and/or inclement weather. Track out weeks require a $25.00 deposit to hold your spot. The $25.00 will be applied to your camp week. Online Registration will open 8/12/24

Session 1: September 17 (12:00-5:30 pm)
Session 1: September 18-20, 2024 (8am-5:30pm)
Around the World Activities: Cultural crafts, international cuisine cooking classes, global music and dance, and language lessons. Focus: Cultural awareness, diversity, and global citizenship.
Session 2: September 23-27, 2024 (8am-5:30pm)
Space Odyssey Activities: Astronomy workshops, rocket building, space-themed crafts, and planetarium visits. Focus: Science education, exploration, and creativity.

Maker Space Madness Activities: 3D printing, DIY electronics, woodworking, and creative invention projects. Focus: Engineering, technology, and creativity.

Mini Session 4: December 16-20, 2024 (8am-5:30pm)
Winter Wonderland Activities: Snowball fights (with soft balls), ice sculpture crafting, winter sports, and holiday-themed crafts. Focus: Fun, creativity, and seasonal activities.
