Purpose Learning is proud to partner with The Empress Haven to host our annual Family & Friends Weekend

Thanks to Durham County Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Each family will receive a scholarship to attend our wellness retreat.

Welcome to our Family & Friends Weekend. We are sooooooo elated that you are interested in our upcoming "Family Over Everything Retreat" July 29-31, 2022. We welcome you to join us for an around-the-clock, event-filled weekend that will change your LIFE!!!This event was created to strengthen the Parent & Child Relationship. Being a parent is an incredible transformation full of rewards and heartfelt experiences. But as our children grow, parenting can also be challenging and at times an overwhelming journey. This retreat is a unique opportunity for families to press pause, rest, breathe, and set aside time to nourish your family. We invite you to experience tons of laughter, water fights, relaxation, time with nature, nourishing food, self-care, meditation ,yoga, and connection with the energy of the environment and other parents.

Our 2022 “Family Over Everything Retreat Package” provides luxury hotel accommodations for three days & 2 nights in Williamsburg, VA. 

Small & Intimate: We take pride in hosting events that are both small & intimate. To add, we follow guidelines outlined by the CDC.

1 Parent & 1 Child Combo: $600 (Includes 2 night Stay & 3-Day Water Park Tickets)

Additional Child Add on: $150 (Includes 2 night Stay & 3-Day Water Park Ticket)

Third Child and/or Dad is FREE (Includes 3-Day Water Park Ticket)

Additional Adult (Godparents/Grandparents/Aunty/Uncles/ Best Friends) $150 (Includes 3-Day Theme Park Tickets)

Initial $200 Parent-Child Non-Refundable Deposit Due by May 30, 2022  2nd Deposit June 15 Final Deposit July 15, 2022

“Family Over Everything" Grand Prize Giveaway” Since we take pride in building families we challenge each our guests to invite a family to share this experience. If someone signs up using, you as a referral your name will be placed in a raffle to win a $50 gift card.

• Within 3 days of arrival, we are REQUIRING PROOF of a negative COVID19 Test and/or Vaccination Card)
• A Mask is REQUIRED for both adults and children (in group settings)
• A yoga mat & comfortable clothes (Meditation)
• Matching Pajama's for Game Night
• Crocs and Walking Shoes, Clothes, Bug spray, Swimwear, RashGuard/Swim cover, and Pool Towel ( Pool Party)
• Suggested, but not required. Please bring personal towel/rag (COVID19 Safety)
• Suggested, but not required. Please bring Bed Linens and towels (Due to Covid19)
• Suggested, but not required. Clorox Wipes, Sanitizer, Lysol Spray
• Please bring spending money & snacks & drinks for room

All Family Suites will have 2 adults and 2 Children assigned to each room; however, there is a pull out sofa for 2 extra guests. Please strive to invite another family to the retreat. If you are bringing more than one child, please indicate the number of children on the registration form to help us with room assignments. Please note that is ok to invite anyone to the retreat that would benefit from this unique bonding experience.
