As a higher education administrator, I bring a wealth of experience in academic administration and a deep commitment to fostering student success and promoting excellence in teaching and research. In my current role as Director of Special Projects, I have been responsible for overseeing various units in the area of Public Health. I have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams, developing and implementing policies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. My leadership and management skills have enabled me to build strong partnerships with faculty, staff, and stakeholders, and to drive positive change within the academic community. My experience and knowledge in curriculum development, accreditation, and regulatory compliance have helped me to develop a strategic and data-driven approach to academic administration. I am well-versed in accreditation and regulatory requirements and have a deep understanding of the importance of best practices in assessment. My ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions have helped me to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that have had a meaningful impact on student success and program effectiveness. I am passionate about higher education and committed to making a positive impact on the academic community. I am excited about the opportunity to continue to grow and develop as a higher education administrator and to contribute my skills and experience to an institution that is committed to excellence and innovation.
