Step Inside our Drug Abuse Prevention, Awareness, Character Education, & Self-Esteem Course. We intend to offer several prevention programs that provide information and strategies to help you manage your health and safety through this program. Taking preventive measures before facing a health or safety crisis is the most important step you can take to reduce the risk factors for behavioral health and addiction-related disorders. This out-of-school-based program is designed to change society’s pattern of alcohol and other drug use by providing introductory information and skills before experimentation. The goal of the Alcohol abuse education and prevention camp program is to promote ways for children to be safe and healthy. The alcohol abuse education and prevention camp program teach youth the difference between good and bad things that they put in their bodies, what a trusting adult is, how to take care of themselves, and the dangers of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. Additionally, children are informed at a developmentally appropriate level about emerging drug and safety trends, gun/needle safety, and when and how to call 911. The Alcohol abuse education and prevention camp program is a ten-week series to run between June 16- August 18, 2023 as well as every Wednesday in After school during the 2023-2024 school year. This program is provided to K-8 Students.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits and classes are non-refundable and/or transferrable. Afterschool Termination of Enrollment : Purpose Learning Lab, Inc relies on recurring invoices that are generated online with WIX for our Afterschool program. Should you decide to terminate your child’s enrollment, please provide a written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance to crystal@purposelearninglab.org. Verbal notices are NOT accepted.
